What you will do

• Lead executive, operational, and cross-functional relationships across the client portfolio.
• Develop retention, revenue expansion, upsell, and churn-prevention strategies with Sales and Product.
• Represent client needs in product planning, roadmap prioritization, and service improvements.
• Build scalable playbooks, enablement frameworks, performance dashboards, and escalation protocols.
• Design and lead strategic QBRs and ABRs that connect client initiatives with KPIs and platform value.
• Hire, mentor, and develop Senior Client Success Managers while driving accountability and outcome ownership.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in client-facing environments.
• Experience with performance-based or outcome-driven client partnerships.
• Ability to build strong executive relationships and demonstrate measurable client value.
• Experience with strategic planning, revenue forecasting, client health management, and risk escalation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and senior leadership.
• Ability to hire, mentor, and develop client success professionals.
