Data Analytics Audit Manager (AI)

Location: San Jose, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $115,556–$215,967 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Shape the Internal Audit strategy and roadmap using data-driven insights.
• Conduct annual risk assessments and develop risk-based audit plans.
• Integrate data analytics into audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, and continuous monitoring.
• Design and maintain continuous auditing methodologies to automate control testing.
• Maintain inventories of applications, databases, and data warehouses supporting audits.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, Finance, Engineering, and Global Internal Audit teams on data governance, regulatory compliance, and remediation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of audit experience in technology, consulting, or regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools including SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Experience with large datasets, data warehouses, and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience managing in-house teams, overseeing third-party audit partners, and leading complex audits.
• Knowledge of internal controls, audit methodologies, compliance requirements, data analysis, and visualization.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISA, CIA, CPA, AWS Certified Data Analyst, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
• Experience with statistical programming and data visualization tools.
• Experience in FinTech, financial services, retail, SaaS, or technology-related industries.
