Sr. ROW/Land Representative (Right of Way)

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States. The role requires travel and work at field locations, governmental agencies, corporate entities, and client offices.

Salary: USD $78,000–$81,900 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support the ROW Supervisor and provide guidance to ROW Agents.
• Secure property access permissions from landowners and tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, fee interests, curative documents, and damage settlements.
• Maintain detailed contact diaries, activity reports, and payment logs.
• Document right-of-way activities and support construction activities.
• Follow the project Safety Plan while working in office and field environments.

Requirements

• Experience as a ROW agent or in a related right-of-way position.
• Experience with right-of-way or real estate services for public organizations and public utility or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of property acquisition, condemnation, real estate transaction laws, and eminent domain.
• Knowledge of land descriptions, surface and subsurface rights, ROW document analysis, and property valuation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, quantitative, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Notary Public qualification; an Associate's degree and SR/WA or another IRWA designation are preferred.
