What you will do

• Develop technical solutions for complex system integration, testing, evaluation, and transition challenges.
• Design and execute comprehensive test and evaluation strategies, plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Verify and validate enterprise capabilities, system requirements, performance, operability, and reliability.
• Analyze test results, discrepancies, performance measures, and risks; prepare evaluation reports.
• Coordinate integration, testing, evaluation, and transition activities with customers, stakeholders, and other organizations.
• Track test metrics, regression-test fixes, maintain testing processes, and report process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of experience, master’s degree with 6–8 years, or PhD with 3–5 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Experience with system integration, test and evaluation, requirements verification, and validation.
• Ability to assess technical performance, system risks, and compliance with requirements and standards.
