CO Senior Regional Process Coordinator (SAP CO)

Location: Hybrid work in Nowy Tomyśl or Poznań, Poland

Salary: 16,000–20,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Coordinate and test SAP S/4HANA User Acceptance Tests, support local testers, provide training, and answer technical queries.
• Support Controlling data migration, test-result documentation, test-plan improvements, and resolution of system issues with IT.
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities to ensure smooth process performance.
• Contribute to project rollouts across Europe and future regions including South America and Asia Pacific.
• Act as Process Expert or Subject Matter Expert for Controlling and inventory valuation.
• Lead assigned subprojects and support standardization, process improvements, month-end closing, and group reporting.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience in Controlling.
• Mandatory experience in GBS or SSC organizations.
• Advanced SAP CO knowledge, including integration with SAP FI, SD, MM, and PS.
• Experience with project management, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Higher education in Controlling, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Supervisor or Project Lead, particularly in S/4HANA rollouts or major transformation projects.
• German, Spanish, or French language skills.
