Fleet Maintenance Technician (Cryogenic Equipment)

Location: Garage at the APK Cheonan plant, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, tire checks, seasonal servicing, and daily condition analysis for tank lorries, tractors, tank trailers, cylinder trucks, and chassis.
• Service cryogenic road tankers, including flowmeters, cryogenic pumps, motors, vacuum systems, critical tank valves, GMM parts, and perlite insulation.
• Calibrate flowmeters annually and replace cryogenic pump mechanical seals when required.
• Manage consumable parts, vendor purchases, outsourced maintenance, GMM stocks, and inventory.
• Maintain the garage, tools, equipment, compressor, pump clean room, and safety documentation in a clean and safe condition.
• Update vehicle status and maintenance history in SAP, support audits and fleet replacement, and respond to emergency breakdown trips.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in vehicle maintenance and high-pressure equipment.
• Good English reading and writing skills; a high level of spoken English is recommended.
• High-level knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of operational terminology and commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and cooperate with other mechanics and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of EH&S procedures and applicable local regulations.
