Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering (Slurry)

Location: Oseong plant, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

What you will do

• Optimize CMP slurry manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time.
• Lead manufacturing engineering activities and continuous improvement initiatives within the slurry facility.
• Manage new product projects, including manufacturing process and equipment setup.
• Maintain operating procedures, test specifications, test methods, component drawings, and other process documentation.
• Analyze manufacturing process data and support process control, troubleshooting, and quality improvement.
• Respond to customer complaints and lead progress on 3D and 8D reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with process data acquisition and analysis, SPC, DOE, mathematics, and statistics.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting pneumatic and electrical control systems.
• Strong project management and engineering quality skills.
• Experience working in an SAP/ERP and ISO environment.
• English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma certification.
• CMP slurry manufacturing experience.
