Senior Manager, Asset Protection Application Developer

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at the Bentonville Home Office

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own business and technical capabilities for Asset Protection applications, platforms, workflows, and internally developed solutions.
• Design, build, deploy, and enhance scalable applications supporting investigations, reporting, learning enablement, operational execution, and case-related workflows.
• Lead solution architecture decisions, deployment planning, application lifecycle management, and ongoing support.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, architecture, data handling, and platform governance.
• Lead SSP-related governance, solution reviews, and prioritization for Asset Protection technology initiatives.
• Partner with Asset Protection leaders, field users, Legal, Operations, and enterprise technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Production/Operations Management, or a related field and 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or a related area.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience designing, building, deploying, or owning business applications, workflow tools, or enterprise technology capabilities.
• Experience with requirements, architecture, testing, release planning, deployment, application support, integrations, data structures, reporting, user access, and compliance.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas Home Office.

• CCSP certification.
