Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. Onsite ambulatory practice open Monday–Friday, 7:15am–3:45pm; no weekends, holidays, or call.

What you will do

• Provide triage and hands-on patient care.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans to patients, families, and colleagues to support continuity across shifts and care settings.
• Apply current evidence and national or specialty standards to clinical practice.
• Use clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills to deliver competent nursing care.
• Support improvements to patient outcomes and the professional practice environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS certification during employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
