TL;DR
Analytics & Insights Specialist (Python/SQL): Supporting IT governance, architecture implementation, technical documentation, infrastructure vulnerability remediation, and SLA adherence for Global Analytics & Insights initiatives with an accent on solution architecture, systems integration, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on creating architecture diagrams, guiding deployment processes, monitoring support tickets, and coordinating remediation across global business service teams.
Location: On-site at the plant in Sumaré, São Paulo, Brazil, at least four days per week

What you will do
- Provide IT guidance for governance, release delivery, deployment processes, and strategic alignment across Analytics & Insights teams.
- Support and monitor architectural implementation for projects in collaboration with Analytics & Insights teams.
- Create and maintain technical and solution documentation, including Solution Architecture Diagrams.
- Monitor infrastructure vulnerabilities and communicate high- and critical-severity findings to support timely remediation.
- Track and communicate open support tickets across Analytics & Insights pillars to help maintain SLA adherence.
- Partner with domain teams, hub teams, project managers, Scrum teams, business stakeholders, and IT workstreams on initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with technical and functional documentation for IT solutions, including architecture diagrams, integration flows, technical requirements, and project support documentation.
- Experience in development, data, and systems integration, with familiarity with Python, C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Experience with governance, deployment processes, support tickets, and SLAs.
- Ability to work in a global environment, with strong collaboration, stakeholder influence, organization, prioritization, and conflict management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and cloud environment architecture.
- Familiarity with SAP or AS/400 scripting.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
- Spanish proficiency.
