SAP S/4HANA Operations / Manufacturing BPM

Location: Based in Brazil or Finland, with a hybrid schedule requiring three to four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Support the design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions for manufacturing and operations.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for standardization, streamlining, and continuous improvement.
• Gather and validate business requirements, process flows, functional needs, and data-cleansing activities in SAP LP1.
• Participate in process workshops and solution design activities with business and technical teams.
• Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, user acceptance testing, data validation, and defect-resolution activities.
• Support cutover, training, go-live, post-go-live stabilization, documentation, and collaboration with global manufacturing and IT teams.

Requirements

• At least five years of SAP experience involving manufacturing and operations processes.
• At least five years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, production, or related business processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production execution, inventory management, testing, validation, and defect management.
• Experience documenting requirements, process flows, test plans, and validation outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, site teams, process owners, and technical resources in a global Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Production Planning, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Extended Warehouse Management, or Quality Management.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, SAP LP1, or an SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a global organization.
