IT Analyst, Access Control (Okta)

Location: Remote from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Nicaragua, or Spain; availability overlapping US business hours.

What you will do

• Process access, license, and entitlement requests through the ticketing system within defined SLAs, ensuring approval is recorded.
• Structure and maintain Okta group-based and role-based access, application assignment rules, and entitlement hygiene.
• Track SaaS seat counts and utilization, reclaim unused licenses, identify over-provisioning, and control license spend with Operations.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and support onboarding of acquired teams through access mapping, entitlement design, and license consolidation.
• Use AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to optimize departmental business processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT helpdesk, IT support, or identity and access support.
• Familiarity with Okta or another identity provider, including user, group, and application administration.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets to reconcile license counts, utilization, and cost data.
• Experience with ticketing systems and approval workflows; strong attention to detail and written communication.
• Advanced spoken and written English at B2 or higher, with availability overlapping US business hours.
