SA Data Solutions Architect (Power BI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business strategy and operational efficiency.
• Perform data discovery, cleaning, analysis, statistical modeling, and validation to ensure accurate and reliable data.
• Use SQL, Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, M code, Python, and related tools to develop data solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities, implement automations for repetitive tasks, and improve data collection and analysis processes.
• Analyze systems, process bottlenecks, and alerting requirements to troubleshoot issues and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements, validation, documentation, training, and data utilization strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience or experience in an elevated role with emphasis on pricing, data modeling, economics, and/or finance.
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL or database management tools, Power BI or other visualization software, statistical modeling, Power Query, DAX, and M code.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the Germantown, Wisconsin office.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, data analysis, or a related field.
• Equivalent education and experience in a related role.
