Enterprise Resiliency Crisis Manager

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; employees work in the office at least four days per week and may work from home one day per week.

Base pay: $100,000–$137,600 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate the firm's response to operational disruptions, technology incidents, cyber events, and other events affecting business operations or critical services.
• Serve as a central coordination point for business leaders, technology teams, risk partners, communications, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate communication, action tracking, status reporting, and escalation updates during events.
• Maintain crisis management, event response, and playbook documentation in line with current processes and regulatory expectations.
• Plan and execute exercises and simulations, support post-incident reviews, and track follow-up actions to completion.
• Improve response frameworks, tools, processes, standards, guidance, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably focused on business continuity, crisis response, or incident management.
• 5–7 years of experience in business continuity planning or crisis management.
• Knowledge of crisis management processes and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) certification.
• Strong customer service orientation.
