I&E Supervisor

Location: Onsite at the SACROC CO2 Gas Processing Plant in Snyder, Texas; participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and being onsite within 45 minutes of a callout are required.

What you will do

• Oversee automation, instrumentation, electrical, and SCADA activities across plant facilities.
• Directly supervise company I&E and SCADA support technicians and contractors.
• Provide technical leadership and improve process safety, preventive maintenance, employee development, operational efficiency, and equipment reliability.
• Prepare reliability plans and manage preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and critical repair activities.
• Support plant operations, engineering, and Operations Excellence initiatives focused on safety, optimization, and expansion.
• Assist with annual budgets, cost tracking, expenditure reporting, and budget performance monitoring for the I&E team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems up to 12,470V, switchgear, motor starters, and VFDs.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, iFix, instrumentation, transmitters, valve positioners, and level switches.
• Knowledge of synchronous motors up to 10,000 HP and induction motors up to 2,000 HP.
• Ability to manage budgeting, cost tracking, and expenditure reporting; strong communication and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to work onsite in Snyder, Texas, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation are required.

Nice to have

• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience with Maximo or another computerized maintenance management system.
• Experience with Process Safety Management requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering or technology discipline.
