Deals and Cash Ops- Manager

What you will do

• Translate deal documents into accurate accounting records and record investment proceeds in the accounting system.
• Process credit events, reorganizations, amendments, exits, and other investment lifecycle transactions.
• Account for cash movements through complex legal entity and fund structures.
• Coordinate deal funding and closing activities, including cash positioning and transaction execution.
• Forecast cash balances, ensure liquidity for purchases and redemptions, and prevent overdrafts across currencies.
• Stage FX orders, resolve daily issues, mitigate process risk, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 9–11 years of relevant experience in asset management, investment banking, or financial services.
• Investment accounting and operations experience with private credit, real assets, syndicated loans, private equity, or asset-backed finance.
• Experience processing transactions, credit activity, and accounting entries in Advent Geneva and Global World Investor.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
• Experience working with complex fund and deal entity structures and a track record of process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, and VBA.
