Relationship Manager (Insurance)

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, United States; office-based and not remote

What you will do

• Cultivate relationships with new advisors and agents.
• Support advisors throughout onboarding and client engagement.
• Manage the contact database and track advisor communications.
• Learn Quantum products, services, and the competitive landscape.
• Coordinate conference calls, webinars, and advisor or team travel.
• Support sales executives, internal departments, and onsite client events.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of administrative experience in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Scottsdale office; remote work is not available.
• Financial industry experience is beneficial but not required.
