What you will do
- Perform routine quality control testing according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct molecular biology assays, including DNA quantification, agarose gel electrophoresis, restriction digestion, and endotoxin testing.
- Document test results, maintain laboratory records, and verify that products meet quality specifications before release.
- Prepare products for release through aliquoting, labeling, and final processing.
- Report quality issues and support deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
- Maintain equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and collaborate with Production on manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Laboratory internship or relevant work experience is welcome but not required.
- Willingness to complete comprehensive on-the-job training.
