Event Services Specialist (Small Groups)

What you will do

• Plan and execute small-group events from initial inquiry through completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and provide personalized event solutions.
• Coordinate venue setup, catering, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with operations, entertainment, food and beverage, and attractions teams.
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with contracts and company policies.
• Oversee event execution, resolve issues, gather feedback, and maintain safety and health standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or theme park operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
• Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
