Salesforce Developer (Salesforce/Apex): Developing and customizing Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud with an accent on Apex, Lightning components, Einstein tools, and Agentforce. What you will do
- Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customizations.
- Implement and deploy new functionality and updates during Salesforce release cycles.
- Build and enhance solutions for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including Einstein experiences and Agentforce.
- Configure workflows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, reports, sharing, and security controls.
- Provide technical support for existing Salesforce customizations and configurations while improving coding practices and data quality.
- Gather requirements, propose technical solutions, liaise with stakeholders, and train users.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working with Salesforce products in a similar development role.
- Advanced Salesforce development experience with Apex and Visualforce or Lightning Components.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein tools, and chatbot design.
- Hands-on Java or C# development experience, plus solid HTML, JavaScript, and CSS skills.
- Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security, including roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, and sharing rules.
- Secondary or university education and strong communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
