Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; the work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility.

Salary: €36,400–€44,200 gross annual, with the possibility of a higher salary depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Analyze complex HR business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and administer Employee Central and Learning Management System solutions.
• Manage integrations involving APIs, SAP connectivity, and third-party HR systems.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, batch jobs, IDOCs, and integration issues.
• Manage SAP releases and updates while ensuring data consistency across hybrid landscapes.
• Drive HR process optimization and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting, configuration, and support experience with both functional and technical exposure.
• Expertise in Employee Central and Learning Management System configuration and administration.
• 5+ years of SAP HCM consulting and support experience, including core HR processes and hybrid SAP landscapes.
• Experience with APIs, SAP connectivity, third-party HR systems, SAP BC, batch jobs, and IDOCs.
• Strong incident analysis, root-cause resolution, problem-solving, and continuous learning skills.
• CV must be submitted in English.
