Senior SAP HCM Full-Stack Developer (SAP Fiori/UI5)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; the work model prioritizes in-person collaboration and supports physical/hybrid work arrangements. Occasional travel may be required up to five times per year.

Salary: €36,400–€44,200 gross annual salary, with the possibility of higher compensation depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP HCM applications and solutions.
• Build and enhance SAP Fiori/UI5 frontend applications using JavaScript.
• Develop and optimize OO-ABAP programs, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, custom reports, enhancements, and OData services.
• Maintain integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and external systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues in Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
• Implement payroll changes, manage automated jobs, test updates, and deploy developments without disrupting production systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP development experience, including application design, development, and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM, especially Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Advanced OO-ABAP development expertise and experience with OData services and SAP frontend/backend integration.
• Strong SAPUI5 and JavaScript skills.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work effectively in English and collaborate with international teams.
