What you will do
- Analyze complex HR business requirements and translate them into clear SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure and administer Employee Central and Learning Management System integrations.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, investigate root causes, and resolve technical issues.
- Manage SAP releases and updates while maintaining solution stability.
- Ensure data consistency across hybrid SAP landscapes and third-party HR systems.
- Drive HR process optimization and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting, configuration, and support experience with functional and technical exposure.
- Expertise in Employee Central and Learning Management System configuration and administration.
- 5+ years of SAP HCM consulting and support experience, including core HR processes and hybrid SAP landscapes.
- Experience with APIs, SAP connectivity, integrations, interfaces, and third-party HR systems.
- Technical troubleshooting experience with SAP BC, batch jobs, IDOCs, incident analysis, and root-cause resolution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to keeping current with SuccessFactors releases, innovations, and best practices.
