2027 Digital Transformation Services Consulting Intern

Location: United States; principally in-person with flexibility under the Workplace for Your Day model. The role may require local, national, and occasional international travel. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, except qualified bilingual Japanese-English or Chinese-English candidates.

Salary: $33.00–$36.00 per hour across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts.

What you will do

• Support research, special analyses, and consulting projects.
• Conduct advanced technology research and contribute to thought leadership.
• Perform process improvement, reengineering, and operational reviews.
• Help clients select, implement, and optimize enterprise technology solutions such as ERP, SCM, RPA, MES, CPM, and IIoT.
• Develop IT roadmaps and optimize the value of technology investments.
• Build client relationships and participate in networking, business development, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, finance, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to support client projects.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required, subject to the stated bilingual exception.
• Availability for occasional travel and work beyond a standard 40-hour week may be required.

Nice to have

• Information technology or engineering knowledge and experience.
• Experience selecting or implementing ERP, RPA, IIoT, analytics, or other enterprise technology solutions.
