Innovation Designer, Research & Development (Product Design)

What you will do

• Generate and develop new physical and digital beauty experiences from early-stage concepts through launch.
• Translate consumer understanding and trends into meaningful design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Visualize, sketch, and iteratively prototype new product and packaging experiences.
• Manage multiple complex projects end to end, including strategy, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners to deliver design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or Product Design.
• 5+ years of experience in 3D product design and development and digital innovation.
• Portfolio demonstrating innovation design strategy and execution.
• Strong storytelling, sketching, visualization, and prototyping skills.
• Experience with GenAI-enabled ideation, Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, and KeyShot.
• Knowledge of 3D printing, hand modeling, manufacturing processes, and CMF and decoration techniques, including blow molding and injection molding.
