HSPD-12 Site Lead

Location: Remote within the United States; Washington, United States. Availability during Eastern Time business hours is required, with support for the ICAM Headquarters office in Washington, DC as needed.

What you will do

• Support contract performance oversight and HSPD-12/ICAM program execution.
• Plan and coordinate project and task-level activities for nationwide credentialing operations.
• Prepare schedules, cost updates, deliverables, risk mitigation strategies, and status reports for Government leadership.
• Coordinate contractor assignments, workforce management, stakeholder meetings, action items, and issue resolution.
• Monitor travel budgets, expenditures, quality control activities, service levels, and contract compliance.
• Support business process reengineering, systems modernization, transition planning, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of directly related experience may substitute.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Seven or more years of program, project, or operations management experience supporting federal programs, enterprise IT, or large-scale operations preferred.
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams, multi-site operations, credential issuance and maintenance, and quality control or performance reporting.
• Knowledge of HSPD-12, PIV credentialing, FIPS 201, PKI, and FICAM principles; USAccess experience is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, eligible to obtain and maintain IRS staff-like access, and compliant with federal tax obligations. Microsoft Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with USAccess and federal credentialing environments.
• Familiarity with Fixed and Mobile Credentialing Units, Fargo printers, endpoint devices, multifunction devices, and Light Activation Kits.
