Program Manager (ServiceNow & SharePoint Online Development - Integration Support)

Location: Hybrid role based at or near Alexandria, Virginia, supporting client sites across the Mid-Atlantic region. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Lead the ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, and HR systems integration support workstream.
• Manage delivery schedules, staffing, risks, issues, stakeholders, and performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Deliver digital transformation and process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Support advanced analytics, business intelligence, workforce planning, and enterprise-wide decision-making.
• Ensure technical, functional, and compliance deliverables are integrated and ready for NSF OCHCO and OCIO use.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery for federal human capital management and IT modernization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Government and public services sector experience, preferably in human capital and IT modernization.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, with strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, multiple workstreams, risks, and stakeholder requirements.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
