What you will do

  • Conduct and occasionally lead research, analysis, evaluations, studies, assessments, and technical reporting.
  • Provide mid- to high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex intelligence issues.
  • Use existing documents, databases, models, architectures, and simulations to support analytical work.
  • Attend Army staff and Department of Defense symposia and meetings.
  • Coordinate with Defense Language Institute training programs, language sustainment resources, and Army language-coded billet requirements.
  • Support linguist requirements and the programming and resourcing of Army Foreign Language Programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced intelligence discipline training, or equivalent Department of Defense or service intelligence experience.
  • At least 14 years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst from tactical through strategic levels.
  • At least five years of experience managing Army linguists.
  • At least three years of experience with Army Foreign Language Policy and Programs.
  • Experience as a staff action officer at HQDA, Joint, OSD, or a closely related Department of Defense organization or agency.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Nice to have

  • Combat deployment experience as an Intelligence Officer, Warrant Officer, or Senior Non-Commissioned Officer.
