What you will do

• Draft and publish recurring S&T intelligence updates on classified JWICS and SIPR networks.
• Track and follow up on intelligence Production Requests through COLISEUM.
• Support the Intelligence Oversight Program by updating annual training, tracking completions, maintaining records, and drafting quarterly reports.
• Assist with ONR JWICS network management, including account requests, funding and technology refresh coordination, and mandatory authorizations.
• Provide daily SCIF expansion support and manage clearances for briefings.
• Assist the Special Security Officer with required security documentation.

Requirements

• Strong skills with Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, communications, or graphic design, or at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Current TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain it within two months of assignment to ONR.
• OPM Background Investigation completed within the last five years is required.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience working at the TS/SCI level.
