Senior OSINT/PAI Language Enabled Analyst - Russian (OSINT)

What you will do

• Lead the systematic collection and analysis of publicly available information across the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.
• Develop PAI collection strategies, tools, methodologies, metadata schemas, and information discoverability processes.
• Integrate intelligence data and produce OSINT products addressing political, military, economic, social, criminal, and counterterrorism issues.
• Create briefings, Tipper Reports, PowerPoint presentations, OSINT summary reports, social media roll-ups, and long-term intelligence products.
• Provide written and verbal Russian translation support, near-real-time threat warning, and senior analytical advice to military and DoD civilian personnel.
• Coordinate with national, international, service, combatant command, air component, and wing intelligence organizations while supporting training and analytic exchanges.

Requirements

• Minimum Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or eight years of directly relevant intelligence analysis experience, plus at least eight years of tactical or operational analytical experience within DoD or an equivalent government agency.
• Relevant military intelligence background, such as MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent CI/HUMINT, intelligence specialist, fusion analyst, or all-source intelligence roles.
• Russian language capability is required, including listening, reading, writing, and translation, tested to DPLT or ILR level 2/2 according to unit needs.
• Experience with standard computer applications, intelligence automation, social media platforms, analytical teamwork, and strong briefing skills.
• Open Source OS 1 training and the Introduction to Middle East Cultural Study course are required; outstanding training must be completed within three months of starting employment. Travel to CJOA-C for training may be required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and experience in counterterrorism, Afghanistan, Iraq/Southwest Asia regional issues, HUMINT, counterintelligence, or military analysis.
• OSINT, managed attribution, social media analysis, OSINT analytic tools, Air Force Toolkit/Berber Hunter Toolkit, or EAG training.
