Sonographer - Full time

What you will do

• Review patient histories, reconcile physician orders, and complete documentation before examinations.
• Perform OB, high-risk, vascular, abdominal, small-parts, and invasive ultrasound examinations according to department protocols.
• Assist Radiologists with invasive procedures and present diagnostic images for interpretation.
• Ensure image quality, accurate records, patient safety, and confidentiality.
• Use RIS and PACS systems for imaging workflows and documentation.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA-approved ultrasound training program.
• ARDMS certification or eligibility; certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, move patients safely, and communicate compassionately.
• Ability to uphold HIPAA requirements and patient confidentiality.
