Corporate Controller (Technology Services)

What you will do

• Own and lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Lead technical accounting matters and coordinate audits.
• Drive acquisition integration, accounting process alignment, automation, and scalability initiatives.
• Own internal controls, risk assessment, compliance, and remediation activities.
• Manage and develop accounting team members while partnering with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management.
• CPA designation required.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, judgment, and independent decision-making skills.
• Big 4 public accounting experience is strongly preferred; public accounting and corporate industry experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT services, technology, SaaS, consulting, or managed services.
• NetSuite experience.
