Practice Manager - Neurology and Rheumatology

Location: Nashua, NH, United States. Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

What you will do

• Oversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, patient interactions, clinical workflows, financial processing, and EPIC utilization.
• Manage, evaluate, train, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
• Create and adjust provider schedules to improve productivity, access, and patient satisfaction.
• Set and track patient experience and performance improvement goals.
• Support budget planning, monitor variances, and collaborate with Revenue Integrity to optimize reimbursement.
• Coordinate with departments on compliance, safety, referrals, outreach, and systemwide initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in practice management, preferably across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare financial management, reimbursement processes, and clinical workflows.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to adapt effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
