Chemical Regulatory Coordinator

Location: Maplewood, MN, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Review, prepare, compile, organize, and summarize documents from internal and external databases.
• Manage chemical database systems and maintain product-level data across systems.
• Obtain documentation to support regulatory compliance.
• Prepare chemical hazard summaries and biological evaluations.
• Generate and review hazard communication documents and product labels.
• Create and evaluate reports to support compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related science.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively as a self-motivated team member.
• Problem-solving skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic understanding of hazard communication and regulatory compliance issues.
• 0–5 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage is preferred.
• Experience with chemical databases and at least one year of regulatory or hazard communication experience are preferred.
