SDS Author (Remote)

Location: Remote from Minnesota, United States; Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: $25.00–$27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Author Safety Data Sheets in compliance with domestic and global regulations.
• Prepare and process regulatory forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Manage and analyze raw-material data.
• Complete hazard communication activities and review regulatory information for accuracy.
• Use Excel, Teams, and Lisam/ExESS for regulatory work and data management.
• Contribute to team efficiency and provide effective service to customers and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in chemistry, biology, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of chemical regulatory experience and SDS authoring experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. regulations including TSCA, VOCs, and Prop 65.
• Strong understanding of GHS and chemical regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and oral communication, database management, and attention to detail.
• Work involving export-controlled information may be subject to U.S. Export Control Laws and restrictions on non-U.S. persons.
