What you will do
- Analyze product specifications and customer quality requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control systems, checks, inspections, and product testing.
- Conduct audits and verify compliance with legal, industry, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with product development teams to maintain quality throughout production.
- Investigate customer quality complaints and propose corrective solutions.
- Lead quality improvement projects and teams, documenting activities and reporting results to management.
Requirements
- Experience with quality control and assurance in product or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to conduct audits, inspections, testing, and compliance reviews.
- Ability to analyze specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Capability to document quality activities and prepare management reports.
