QC Analyst (Food Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform chemical, analytical, microbiological, and sensory testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
• Inspect, sample, and verify materials and products throughout the manufacturing process according to approved SOPs.
• Prepare microbiological media, chemical reagents, and laboratory solutions for testing.
• Calibrate, verify, and maintain laboratory equipment while keeping accurate records and documentation.
• Support QMS, GMP, hygiene, validation, verification, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Investigate complaints, deviations, non-conformances, and out-of-specification results; perform root cause analysis and support CAPA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of Quality Control experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of microbiological and chemical testing techniques.
• Familiarity with GMP, quality systems, food safety standards, and laboratory best practices.
• Very good written and verbal English, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with high attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in an international manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CAPA methodologies and root cause analysis tools.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
