What you will do
- Lead and manage all project-level QA/QC activities in compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company IMS procedures.
- Coordinate QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and third-party testing and inspection agencies on site.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements, audit schedules, and quality documentation.
- Conduct internal audits, monitor corrective and preventive actions, and manage non-conformances.
- Prepare quality performance reports for management and client submission while ensuring testing and measuring equipment is calibrated.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers and support project handover through final quality dossiers and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- At least 15 years of experience in QA/QC positions, including QA/QC Manager experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong experience with geotechnical works, including piles, diaphragm walls, and related civil works.
- Excellent knowledge of international standards for civil and geotechnical works and quality management systems based on ISO 9001.
- Experience preparing and implementing Project Quality Plans and IMS procedures, with strong leadership, coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken, are required.
