What you will do
- Manage all financial and accounting functions for the manufacturing site.
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, management accounting, and financial reporting.
- Advise plant and corporate leadership on financial requirements, budgets, goals, and business plans.
- Maintain accounting controls, general ledger accuracy, asset protection, and SOX compliance.
- Prepare plant financial reports, analyze manufacturing efficiency variances, and determine corrective actions in accordance with GAAP.
- Coach direct reports, manage career development, and review performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of accounting and finance experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or local equivalent.
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and requirements.
