What you will do
- Shoot video for television news reports and digital media content.
- Coordinate assignments, logistics, and shot requirements with other personnel.
- Set up, compose, and execute video shots.
- Edit video clips for television broadcasts and digital content.
- Maintain video equipment and operate live microwave and satellite trucks during remote assignments.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Fluency in English.
- At least two years of experience operating video recording equipment; larger markets may require more experience.
- Proficiency with video recording equipment, computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and other office equipment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work any shift.
