What you will do

• Develop capability roadmaps, interoperability objectives, assessments, and capability profiles for assigned Partner Nation special operations forces.
• Research, collect, and analyze data on partner capabilities and gaps, then draft feasible solutions to improve interoperability with USSOF and other partner nations.
• Coordinate Partner Nation participation in working groups, experiments, war games, exercises, pre-mission training, and interoperability programs including Bold Quest, CIAV, and MPEWG.
• Support security cooperation and assistance activities, acquisition alignment, case tracking, and the development of SOF-related defense institutions.
• Develop planning products for tracking exercises and training, and coordinate allied and partner participation according to J3-I priorities.
• Perform Foreign Disclosure Representative, security procedure close-out, and escort duties.

Requirements

• Graduate of a US SOF component selection and assessment program, such as SFQC, BUD/S, or an equivalent SOF program.
• Bachelor’s degree in international relations or a related field.
• At least 15 years of combined military SOF and regional experience in joint, combined, and interagency special operations environments.
• Formal training in US security cooperation and experience working with international military forces, international military organizations, or coordination centers.
• Graduate of Joint Professional Military Education, an Intermediate Development Course, or a Senior Professional Military Education Course.
• Current US Department of War Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Experience with Foreign Disclosure and international partner information exchanges is also required.
