Senior Manager, Commercial Performance Optimization Technical Lead (Marketing Mix Modeling)

Location: Remote/Home-Based; US-based candidates only. Philadelphia, PA is listed as the role location. Travel of 10–20% is required.

Salary: $141,600–$212,400 base pay annually for US-based candidates, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance for the Performance Optimization Global Capability team.
• Design, build, and deliver marketing mix modeling solutions that measure channel contribution, incremental impact, and marketing investment allocation.
• Develop standardized global dashboards, KPI frameworks, and governed performance reporting products.
• Translate commercial requirements into technical roadmaps, specifications, work plans, and scalable architectures.
• Build automated reporting pipelines and reusable analytics assets while maintaining data governance, metric consistency, and quality control.
• Lead agile delivery, vendor execution, cross-team problem solving, and technical mentoring for developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of post-bachelor’s experience, or 5+ years after a master’s degree, delivering performance optimization, promotional analytics, or marketing effectiveness solutions in pharma or life sciences.
• Hands-on experience owning marketing mix models or comparable optimization frameworks, including refresh cycles, assumptions governance, data pipelines, and scenario modeling.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or in a comparable role managing developers.
• Experience with enterprise analytics platforms, reporting solutions, cloud data environments, software architecture, APIs, data integration, and Agile product development.
• Must be a US-based candidate and able to travel 10–20%.
