Principal Solutions Architect (AI/ML)

Location: Dallas, Texas; may require travel or relocation to unanticipated work locations within the USA

What you will do

• Lead technical goals, provide guidance, and align solution architecture with business objectives.
• Design, develop, implement, and support complex applications and cloud solutions across AWS and Azure.
• Create reusable data-pipeline boilerplates using Databricks and Snowflake, and guide high-volume data processing.
• Define data governance, data quality, technical standards, design patterns, coding standards, and documentation.
• Lead code reviews, CI/CD deployments, test automation, debugging, and technical escalation support.
• Research emerging cloud, data, and AI/ML technologies and create practical accelerators and AI/ML models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, computer applications, technology, or a related field; foreign degree equivalent is acceptable.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, architecture, design, and implementation of complex solutions for large organizations.
• At least 5 years of experience leading successful projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, microservices, containerization, industry trends, and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEA.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, with experience in Agile or DevOps methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
