Location: Full-time on-site at the operation centre in Westbury, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Respond promptly to a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Maintain service level agreements and required response timeframes.
• Assist members and private traders with sales and return queries.
• Complete administrative duties related to documentation and compliance.
