Senior Data Product Manager

Location: Fully remote

Salary: $145,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and lifecycle for commercial data products.
• Identify opportunities to turn proprietary data, analytics, insights, APIs, reporting, and other data assets into customer-facing products and new revenue streams.
• Lead customer and market discovery, validate problems, and translate insights into product requirements, use cases, and business cases.
• Work with data engineering, data science, analytics, software development, commercial, and business teams to deliver scalable, reliable, intuitive, and performant products.
• Lead product launches, releases, adoption, optimization, and retirement while measuring customer value and business outcomes.
• Partner with commercial leadership on positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Product Manager or in a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of data management, data analytics, and data visualization.
• Experience with data engineering, data science, and visualization technologies such as Redshift, dbt, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools such as Jira or Trello, and version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
