What you will do

• Coordinate strategic and tactical procurement activities for assigned locations.
• Support sourcing strategies focused on cost, profitability, productivity, quality, customer service, and sustainability.
• Oversee a team of Buyers and provide guidance on staffing, training, employee relations, and performance management.
• Manage supplier partnerships, negotiations, agreements, evaluations, and performance scorecards.
• Execute regional requests for proposals and authorize purchase orders up to $100,000.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on cost savings, continuous improvement, new products, and manufacturing techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with procurement operations, sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing policies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support supplier negotiations.
