Advice and Wealth Management Products and Business Solutions Intern (Financial Services)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; in-office collaboration at least four days per week with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

What you will do

• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver business reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for decision-making.
• Track project milestones, risks, and issues while coordinating with stakeholders on resolutions.
• Conduct market and competitive research and present findings and recommendations to business leaders.
• Evaluate client- and advisor-facing programs using performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support product due diligence, requirements gathering, strategic initiatives, presentations, and executive summaries.

Requirements

• Current junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional, athletic, volunteer, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Corporate undergraduate internships are not available to students with F-1 visas.
