Senior Investment Product Analyst

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work with four days in-office each week in most locations. Unrestricted right to work in the U.S. is required.

Base salary: $93,933–$117,535 per year

What you will do

• Provide product development, rationalization, enhancement, and market-entry recommendations to Product Managers.
• Research competitive landscapes, investor profiles, markets, distribution channels, and product trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop product positioning statements, strategic recommendations, client materials, sales campaigns, and product marketing initiatives.
• Analyze product performance, performance attribution, market data, and industry research to support business and investment decisions.
• Lead 3–4 initiatives and projects autonomously, improving processes and ensuring timely execution against business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, account management, distribution, portfolio specialists, investment teams, governance committees, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or a related analytical field, or foreign equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant investment product analysis experience in investment management, financial product specialization, or a related role.
• At least 2 years of experience with mutual funds, ETFs, models, and Separately Managed Accounts at an asset management firm, including product development or management.
• Experience with research and analytics, asset allocation theories, investment vehicles, performance attribution, and MPT statistics for multi-asset portfolios.
• Experience with hirify.global Direct, FactSet, Salesforce, Office 365, TAMPs, and/or wealth management platforms.
• Must possess unrestricted right to work in the U.S. in this position.
