Digital Experience Leader (Biotech)

What you will do

• Define and champion the digital experience vision and roadmap.
• Oversee digital experience delivery across platforms and channels.
• Lead cross-functional UI/UX, frontend, digital product, and marketing teams.
• Set and monitor KPIs for digital experience quality, engagement, and conversion.
• Drive personalization, A/B testing, and user journey optimization.
• Report performance and recommend strategic improvements to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital leadership roles.
• Proven experience in digital transformation and experience management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics, usability, accessibility, and user experience best practices.
• Experience with large-scale CMS and personalization tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in omnichannel digital strategy.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product management.
• Knowledge of data-driven marketing and customer journey mapping.
