Lead Product Designer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Design modern user experiences that address patient, user, and business needs.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and design-thinking exercises across teams and departments.
• Use user research and data analysis to guide design decisions and identify further research needs.
• Define interaction patterns, end-to-end user flows, and complex information architecture models.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed product design documentation.
• Develop design toolkits and processes that scale the design team and drive design-system adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in a similar role or product organization.
• BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Blended expertise in visual design, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and basic user research.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams to launch products.
• Portfolio of product design case studies demonstrating concepts, iterations, research, metrics, and design processes.
